1. Services
ASH Electronics provides IT infrastructure, security systems, electrical design, electronics, and solar services. All services are subject to on-site assessment and formal quotation before commencement.
2. Quotations & Payment
Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before work commences. Payment terms are as per the accepted quotation.
3. Warranty
All installations carry a workmanship warranty of 12 months from completion. Equipment warranties are as per the manufacturer's terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Limitation of Liability
ASH Electronics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific project or service agreement.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Western Cape.
